☞ Chand Usool —- Rules,

✿ Zeb v zinat, bnaao singhar ek fitri cheez hai, fitrat ke inhi taqazo ke peshe nazar agar kaha jaye k aurto k liye khasa lazma hai to beja na hoga…


✿ Shariate mutahera ne fitri taqazo k peshe nazar na sirf zeb v zinat ki ijazat di balke baaz surto mein tarke zeb v zinat per malamat bhi ki hai
✿Irashade rabbani:
قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ
” Aap inse Keh dijiye k Kisne Allah ki Zeenat ko Haraam kar diya Jise All- A’araaf ,32
✿ Aurto’n ke Banaav Singhaar ka irshad bhi farmaya ,,
أَوَمَن يُنَشَّأُ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ
” kya wo jo zewro mein paali jati hai aur bahas v hujjat mein apna muddaA puri tarha wazeh bhi ni kr skti”
Az- Zukhraf ,18
✿ Zeb v zinat ke asbaab ki talash ko bator niyamat v ahsaan zikr fermaya:
وَهُوَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا مِنْهُ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
⇰” Wahi he jisne Tumhare liye Samundar ko musakhkhar kar rakha he taki usse Taro taza Gosht lekar khao aur usse Zinat ki Cheeze nikaalo Jinhe tum pehna karte ho ,
An- Nahal ,14

وَمِمَّا يُوقِدُونَ عَلَيْهِ فِي النَّارِ ابْتِغَاءَ حِلْيَةٍ أَوْ مَتَاعٍ زَبَدٌ مِّثْلُهُ
⇛Aur aisa hi jhaag in dhatuo per bhi uthta hai jinhe zewr au r bartan vaghaira banane ke liye log pighlaya krte hai.”
 Ar- Ra’ad ,17
✿ Zeb v zinat ko pasand karne, iski targheeb dene ke saath saath shariyat mutahera ne iski hudood bhi muqarrar ki hai or muqarrar hudood se aage badhne per pabandi lagadi,
✦ Example:_ khawind( husband) ke alawa ajnabi v gair mahram ke liye banaav singhar se mana farmaya-
“Nabi kareem sallallahu ta’ala alahi wa sallam ka irshade girami hai:
” Apne Shohar ke alawa doosro ke liye zeb v zinat karne wali qayamat ke din aisi tariki mein hogi k waha roshni ki koi surat bhi na hogi”
Tirmizi 1/220
✿ Shohar ki isteta’at or taqat se zyada ka mutaleba karne ko achchhi nigah se nahi dekha:_
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتَهَا فَتَعَالَيْنَ أُمَتِّعْكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحْكُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلًا
“Ey nabi ! ( Sallallahu Alaihivasallam) Apni Biviyo’n se kaho agar tum duniya or iski zinat chahti ho to aao mein tumhe kuch de dila kar bhale tareeqe se rukhsat kru”….
Al-ahzab ,28
✿ Sare Aam (freely) bahar ghoone firne se mana kiya ,or gharo mein jam kr baithne ko pasand kiya:_..
وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَىٰ
” Apne gharo mein tik kar raho or sabiq dore jahiliyat ki si saj dhaj na dikhati firo…”
 Al-ahzab ,33
✿ Agr bina bar zaroorat bahar nikalna pade to iski kaifiyat bhi bayan Farmayi ::-
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ
“Ey Nabi !( Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ) Apni Biviyo’n or Betiyo’n or Ahle imaan ki Aurto’n se keh do k apne ouper Apni chadaro ke pallu latka liya kare ye zyada munasib tariqa hai take wo pehchan li jaye or na satayi jaye”
Al- Ahzab ,59
✿ Raste mein chalne ki kaifiyat or tareeqa bhi bataya k raaste k darmiyan na chale_
✿ “Hazrat abu Saeed Ansari apne walid se riwayat karte hai k Rasulullah ta’ala alaihi wassallam masjid se bahar khade the, raaste mein Mard v Aurte’n ikhatte ( sath) jane lage to aap Sallallahu alaihi vasallam ne Aurto’n se fermaya:::
“Peechhe raho tumhare liye Darmiyan mein chalna munasib nahi balke Raaste ke kinaro per chalo,,,”
,⇛ iske bad Aurte’n diwaro se chimat kar (lag kar) chalti thi, yahan tak k Basa avqaat unke kapde diwaro mein atak jate”
 Abu Daoud ,2/328, ,imdadiyah ,
✿ Ajnabi v ghair maharam se bila zaroorat bat karne se mana frmaya, agr koi zaroorat pesh aa jaye tab shariat k daire ( parde) mein bat krne ki ijazat di,
ِّ وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ
“Nabi ( Sallallahu Alaihivasallam) ki biviyo’n se agar tumhe kuch mangna hai to parde k peeche se manga kare, ye tumhare or inke dilon ki pakeezgi ke liye zyada munasib tareeqA hai.”.
 Al-ahzab ,53
✿ Parde ki halat mein Baat cheet k dauran bhi guftagu k aise andaz se mana farmaya jo baa’ise fitna angez ho:_
فَلَا تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِي فِي قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلًا مَّعْرُوفًا
“Dabi zaban se baat na kiya karo k dil ki kharabi ka mubtila koi shakhs lalach mein pad jaye,,,balke saaf suthri bat karo”
 Al-ahzab ,32
✿ Budhape (old age) ki Vajha se nikah se mayoos Aurto’n ko agarche kuchh rukhsat di or inka hukm in Aurto’n se qadre narm rakha…jinhe Nikah ki umeed ho lekin iske bavjood in boodhi Aurto’n ke haq mein bhi baqi Aurto’n ki tarah parde vaghaira ko pasand deedgi ki Nigaah se dekha or inke haq mein behtar bataya:_
وَالْقَوَاعِدُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ اللَّاتِي لَا يَرْجُونَ نِكَاحًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَن يَضَعْنَ ثِيَابَهُنَّ غَيْرَ مُتَبَرِّجَاتٍ بِزِينَةٍ وَأَن يَسْتَعْفِفْنَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُنَّ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
“Aur jo Aurte’n jawani se guzri baithi ho, Nikah ki umeed war na ho,,,wo agar apni chadre utaar de to in per koi Gunaah nahi ba sharte ke zinat ki numaish karne wali na ho…ta ham wo bhi hayadari hi barte to inke haq mein achchha hai or Allah sab kuch sunta or jaanta hai,”,…

✿ Apne gharo mein rehte hue bhi siwaye mahram ke ghair mahram Rishtedaro se perde ka hukm diya or unke samne banao singhar se mana farmaya:_
َّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ
“Aur apna banao singhar na zahir kare magr in logo k samne. :shohar, baap, shoharo ke baap, Apne beto, shoharo k bete, bhai, bhaiyo ke bete,, behno k bete….”

✿ Taraqqi yafta zamane mein insan ne jahan or chizon mein taraqqi ki wahi zeb v zinat,,,banao singhar ki ashya or tariqo ko bhi yaksar tabdeel kr k rakh diya or aisi cheeze or tareeqe ejad kiye k guzishta zamano mein inka wajood tak na tha,,,
✿ ,sirf isi per iktifa nahi kiya balke baaz aisi cheezo ko bhi banao singhar ka lazmi hissa qaraar diya jo shariyat ki nazar mein mayub v na pasandeeda hai,,,dar haqiqat ye wada shaitani:__
وَلَأُضِلَّنَّهُمْ وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّهُمْ وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ آذَانَ الْأَنْعَامِ وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ
” Me inhe behkaunga aur Aarzuo’n me uljhaunga aur inhe Hukm dunga k Jaanwaro ke kaano ko faadenge aur Hukm dunga k Khudaai saakht me Raddo badal karenge ,,,

✿ aurte chunke zeb v zeenat k shaidai hai,,zeb v zinat k maamle mein is baat ko jawaz banate hue k,
⇛”shariat ne shohr ke liye banao singhar ki ijazat di hai”,
Maghrib se musta’ar har naye fashion ko ikhtiyar karne ki koshish karti hai,,,qatae nazar iske k Shar’an iski gunzaish hai ya nahi?????
✿ Lihaza zaroorat is baat ki thi k zeb v zinat se mutalliq islami taleemat v ahkam ko yakja kiya jaye taki jaa’iz v na jaa’iz tareeqo se Aali Vajah alkamaal aagahi ho-….

☞ Libaas Se Zaibo Zeenat,
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
✿. Zebo zinat ki cheezo mein libaas ko badi ahmiyat haasil hai , umda aur saaf libaas Sahibe libaas ke Aa’la zoq ki alamat kehlata hai,
✿ Irshade Rab bani he , —
يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ
“Ey Bani aadam ! ibaadat ke mauqe per apni zinat se Aarasta raho,”
 Al- A’araaf ,31
⇨ Aayate mazkura mein libaas ko bhi zinat me shumar kiya gaya,
Libas k silsile mein aisa koi tay nahi k khaas ye libaas pahenna sunnat se warid he,-
✿ Allama ibne taymiya rahmatullahi fermate hain”:_
” Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ya sahaba v sahabiyaat se kisi aise libaas ka taAyun ko bhi zaabta qaraar nahi diya ja sakta k yahi libaas pehanna laazim hai aur iske alawa doosra libaas haraam hai,,
⇰Dar asal libaas ke maqasid makaan ke maqasid ki tarha hai,,,aurte’n is baat ki paband hai k wo aisa libaas pehne jisme mukammal parda ho,,
⇰Jab mard v aurat har do ka libaas mukhtalif hoga to jis libaas mein parda poshi zyada ho wo Aurto’n ka aur iske bar khilaf Mardo ka libaas hoga”

☞ Libaas Ke Mutalliq Chand Usool,

✿. Libaas esa ho jo sar se le kar paoon (foot) tak tamaam jism ko dhak de, kyunki Satar dhanpne ke ba qadar Libaas pehan na wajib hai,
✿ Irshade rab bani he ,
يَا بَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُوَارِي سَوْآتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
 Surah Al- Araaf :26
⇨ “Ey Aulaad e Aadam ! humne tum per libaas naazil kiya k Tumhare jism ke qabile sharm hisso ko dhanke aur Tumhare jism ki hifazat aur Zeenat ka zariya bhi ho aur behtreen Libaas taqwa ka libaas hai..
ye Allah ki nishaniyo me se ek nishani hai,””
✿ Allama ibne Aabideen rahmatullahi farmate hain:_”

↬”Asma bint Abu Bakar Raziyallahu Anha Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke paas tashreef layi, aur unhone Bariee Libaas zebo tan kiya hua tha, to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne inse moonn mod liya”_
✿”Hazrat Alqama bin Abi Alqama Raziyallahu Anha Apni Waalda se Rivayat karti hai k”:_
↬”Hazrat Hafsa bint Abdur Rahman Amma Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha ke paas tashreef layi unhone bareek dopatta odha hua tha,
↬Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha ne ise phada aur inhe mota dupatta pehnaya””….

✿ “Hazrat Dahiya bin khalifa farmate hain:_
⇰Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke paas ek martaba qibti kapde Aaye To Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne usme se ek Qibti Kapda mujhko ata kiya aur farmaya k ,
↬isko phaad kar do tukde kar lena ,inme se ek ka kurta bana lena aur doosra Apni Ahliya ko de dena wo iska duppatta bana legi,
⇨ Fir jab mein wapas hone laga to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya:_
↬”Apni Bivi ko hidayat kar dena k qibti kapde ke neeche ek aur kapda laga le taki is kapde ke bareek hone ki vajah se iska bal aur jism nazar na aaye,”

☞ Libaas itna Tang aur Chust na jisse Jism ki Haiyat aur Ubhaar Maloom na ho ,

✿. “Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka irshade girami hai”:_
↬Dozakhiyon ke do giroh ese hai jinhe meine nahi dekha,
↬ Ek giroh to un logo ka hai jinke haatho mein gaay ki dum ( Cow ki punchh ) ki manind kode honge, jisse wo logo ko na-haq marenge
↬aur Doosra giroh un Aurto’n ka hai jo ba- zahir kapde pehne hue hongi,magar haqiqat mein nangi hongi, wo Mardo ko apni taraf maa’il karengi aur khud Marrdo ki taraf maa’il hongi,
↬ inke sar bakhti uont ke Kohaan ki tarah hilte honge,,,aisi Aurte’n na to Jannat mein Dakhil hongi aur na Jannat ki bu payengi,,, halanki Jannat ki bu itni itni door se aati hai,”_

↬Rasulullah Sallallahu ne mujhe zard rang ke kapde pehne hue dekha to farmaya,

☞ Fakhr v takabbur aur dikhave se Perhez kiya jaye,”
✿ ,”Janab Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne fermaya,
↬” :jo Shakhs Apni izzat talbi aur Badai ke izhaar ki garz se Aala v Nafees Libaas pehne, Allah Rabaul izzat use Qayamat ke Din zillat v hiqarat ka Libaas pehnayega,”

☞ ” Bareek Libaas ,( Shifon ,Nylon ),
✿ Bareek Libaas Pehanna Sare Aam fahashi phelane ke asbaab hai, isse bacna laazim hai,
⇰Irshade Rabbani hai,:
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَن تَشِيعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِي الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
” Beshak jo log Momineen mein be- hayaai Felane ko Pasand karte hai, inke liye Duniya v Akhirat mein Dardnaak Azaab hoga aur Allah inhe khoob jaanta hai, tum nahi jaante,”
Surah An- Noor ,19
✿”,Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai,:_
↬EK martaba Hazrat Asma bint Abu Bakar Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat me gayi aur unhone Bareek kapde pehan rakhe the to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne inse chehra mubarak fer liya aur farmaya,:_
↬Ey Asma ! jab Aurat Baaliga ho jaye to uske liye durust nahi k uske un aaza ke alawa kuch aur hissa Badan ka nzr aaye,
↬Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Apne chehre ki taraf ishara kiya,”

✿ Agar Bareek Libaas pehanna hi ho to iske neeche kuch aur pehan liya jaye take jism ki haalat v haiyat maloom na ho,
↬” Hazrat ibne Umer Raziyallahu Anhu farmate hai k Janabe Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke paas hula (umda poshak) aur Shami kapda aaya to Aapne mujhe hula diya aur Usama ko kapda diya,
↬ Mein apna hula pehan kar haazir hua to Aapne Usama se puchha k tumne Apna kapda kya kiya??
↬Usama ne kaha,”:_
↬ Maine Apni Ahliya ko de diya-
↬To Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya:_
↬” Use kaho k iske neeche koi mota kapda pehan le take uske jism ke aaza aur haddiyao ka hajm Mardo ke Samne zaahir na ho,”

↬”Aurto’n ke Bareek Libaas se jaha’n Sharm v Haya, hijaab v Wafa khatm ho jati hai, waha’n iske kuch nuqsanaat bhi waqe hue hai,””

✿ Libaas peheanne ka ASAL Maqsad satar Aurat hai aur Aurto’n ko Mukammal Badan dhanpne ka paabnd kiya gaya hai,, isiliye Aurto’n ko Hukm diya gaya k Bahar nikalte Waqt Badi chader odh le’n take inke jism ka koi hissa khula nazar na aaye,
⇨ Lihaza aisa Libaas pehanna jo jism ke Posheeda A’aza ki numaish ka baa’is bane, qillat e haya ki alamat hai, Musalman Aurat qat’an isko pasand nahi karti k Apne jism k A’aza ki numaish karati fire.
✿ Janabe Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne aisi Aurto’n ke liye bahut Sakht wa’eed Bayan farmayi, farmaya,:_
↬” Esi Aurte’n jo Kapde peheanne ke baavjood nangi hongi, doosri ko Apni Taraf aur khud doosro ki Taraf maa’il hone wali hongi, Jannat ki Boo bhi in tak nahi pahunchegi ,,,halanki Jannat ki Boo 500 saal ki musafat se maloom hogi.,”
 Bidaya , Mota imaam Maalik ,
✿ ” Hazrat Umar Raziyallahu Anhu Aurto’n ko qabati Kapde pehanne se mana farmate the, logo ne kaha k in kapdo se Badan jhalakta nazar nahi aata, to Aapne farmaya:_
↬” Agarche in Kapdo mein Badan jhalakta nazar nahi aata lekin jism k A’aza ki haiyat to Maloom hoti hai-”
